Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. What you are buying
KnowStock is prepaid, fixed-term software access (Growth and Pro plans, RFID Pro by quote) and optional SKU add-on packs that follow your plan. You buy them on the KnowStock website with a one-time Razorpay payment; purchases are not made in the Android app. Paid features are unlocked immediately after payment. We do not sell or ship physical goods; scanners, printers and labels are bought separately by you.
2. Cancellation
Plans do not renew automatically and we never charge you without a purchase you make yourself, so there is nothing to cancel. Renewal is a new purchase on the website. If you do not renew, you keep access until the end of the term you paid for; after that your account has a 7-day grace period and then becomes read-only. We do not delete your data for non-payment, and you can export it at any time.
3. Refunds
Because access is immediate, payments are generally non-refundable once a plan term has started. We will refund in full if you were charged in error or twice, if a payment succeeded but your plan or add-on pack was not activated and we cannot fix it within 7 days, or where the law requires it. First-time Growth or Pro purchasers can also ask for a refund within 7 days of their first payment if they have not used more than the free-plan limits.
4. How to request a refund
Email admin@asquaretech.co.in from your registered address with your shop name and the payment reference. We reply within 2 business days.
5. Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach your account in 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
