We delete your account, your business's products, stock, customers (including any prescriptions you stored), suppliers, sales and settings from our servers.
Some records must be kept where the law requires it, for example tax invoices. Those are kept only for the legally required period and are not used for anything else.
Data stored only on your phone in trial mode never reaches our servers. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes it.
We aim to complete requests within 30 days and will contact you at the email you provide. Copies in backups are overwritten within 90 days.
